Sold us a fireplace a few years ago WITHOUT an authorized placard that is supposed to be present in every fireplace to show that it can be used in Canada. Without this placard, you cannot legally get propane delivery. We have gone back and forth with this company trying to get this necessary placard so that we can get propane. Terry does not EVER respond to emails or EVEN return phone calls. When he has answered the phone, he indicates that he is looking into it...but not sure what else he can do. I doubt many customers would know to look for this particular placards when purchasing a fireplace - but one would assume that a company that sells fireplaces would do their own CHECK to ensure what he is selling his customers is legal and has all proper documentation before it leaves his location. Also, when our fireplace was first installed - we could smell that familiar rotten egg (leaking propane) smell around the outside of our cottage by the tank so we had to call to get this serviced as well. I can't imagine what could of happened if this wasn't caught in the early stages of installation.Overall, we are so not impressed by his cavalier attitude and lack of response to our requests or even keeping us in the loop as to any developments to help our issue. I guess they got paid so they just don't care anymore. I would NEVER recommend using this company because the customer service is terrible.
Excellent service, helpful professional staff. Our furnace gave up, and these guys came to our rescue! Fair pricing, and super clean install. These guys know what they're doing, definitely recommend!
Installed a gas boiler eight years ago which has never performed well with repeated calls for service. now advised the installation is wrong, everything has to be removed and start over with a new furnace.Hawley totally disinterested in our continuous complaints. I do not recommend this company.
Contacted Terry regarding Complete Heating, Cooling and HRV install for a new house build. He was quick to respond and commence work when required. The layout design and work performed by Dean and fellow employees was exceptional, neat and tidy workmanship, a real testiment to people who take pride in their work. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Their workmanship has not gone unnoticed with other contractors and friends, which, is great advertising in itself.
