Employees are rude and obnoxious, the one women at the counter is not kind what so ever and my case workers is an obvious alcoholic, not saying you can smell it, but the way she acts says it all, she is definitely not all there. I get it, their job is not to be your friend, but the way some of them act is not professional, they are their to help you move on in life and better yourself, not make you feel like dirt, not everyone cheats the system.
